The Invisible Gap

SUTRA efforts on transferring responsibility in BiH were recognized outside the country. The UNDP Bureau for Resources and Strategic Partnership issued report titled "The invisible gap". In the chapter Nurturing Capacity in Post-Conflict situations you can read how SUTRA increased capacities, including the basic project management skills. This was made possible thanks to generous contribution of the EC Delegation to BiH and their active involvement in all phases of the project that ensured great success particularly at the policy level.

They Said About SUTRA and Return...

The SUTRA Program completed another successful year, and one of the greatest rewards of the project is the satisfaction with the results, expressed in the last session of the Commission for Refugees and Displaced Persons of BiH in 2007. Domestic institutions have also indicated readiness to fund a continuation of the project. We have talked to some of the key actors about the SUTRA project and other return issues.
